It's normal, and shows you are healthy. It's all part of puberty, and growing up means learning to handle these feelings in a responsible manner.

Masturbation doesn't cause these feelings; you feel aroused and naturally masturbate to temporarily relieve them.

You can channel your energy into other activities, such as sport, school, youth groups, hobbies and so on. This will help distract you and give you less time to focus on them. But it won't make the feelings go away.

At 13, young girls thoughts turn to sex. Your hormones are taking over. Masturbating is a natural reaction to being "turned on" and there is nothing wrong with it, except when it is done in excess. Your dreams reflect your subconcious thoughts of the thrill of reaching a climax. I would cut down on the masturbation, and think other thoughts before going to sleep. See if that works.

It is very normal to have sexuall thoughts expecially at your age,as your hormones are devloping. Masterbation dosent cause these thoughts or dreams, but instead can release the sexual tention thats these thoughts cause. I don't no if theres much you can do to stop these thoughts and dreams. Maybe try thinking about other things,or when you feel a thought comming on go and do some excersise.

Completely normal. It's disconcerting now but in another few months the idea of sex won't be frightenning at all. Puberty does this to every human being.
Learn as much as you can about safe sex, behave as intelligently as your hormones will allow you to and enjoy the ride. You'll be fine in about 40 years.
