WE REUNITED THROUGH LETTERS AFTER our GRANDPA PASSED AWAY SEP 14TH ,2005 AND OCT 2005 WE GAINED BEING IN TOUCH THEN THIS YEAR COUSIN HASNT BEEN IN TOUCH I SENT HER A BIRTHDAY CARD FROM YOUR FAMILY ON AUG 17TH ,2006 BUT STILL NO ANSWER BACK?

Your cousin may be busy, is they have a family (spouse and kids). Maybe write then a letter or call just to let then know you are concerned that you have not heard from then and you want to make sure they are ok.
I know I'm married and have two kids plus work a full time job and try and keep up with the house and barely have time to stop and breath, your cousin could just be really busy.

i know that it sucks not getting letters back but you have to know that your cousin is busy. Why don't you give them a call and ask how they're doing? Then you can ask why they don't reply so often anymore. Be understanding...good-luck!

call or e-mail or invite her over for a party, get together, go to lunch, have a drink, relax and talk
