Are there any boys that are 11-13 and live in USA?

Considering how many people live in America and the fact most of our schools are becoming overcrowded I would assume that yes there are some. Besides that would be weird and entire country without an males in the age range of 11-13 come on do you think the gov't finds them all and ships them out for four years that would be rediculous.
