Have you ever noticed on the bottom of most candy bars theres a pattern that looks almost like a tire tread? What do you think it's from??
My best guess is that its from the conveyor belt.

Yeah, conveyor belt. Unless the delivery truch ran them over.

I used to work for Mars in the UK. Every manufacturer has their own unique tread. It is from the conveyor belt.

yes most likely the conveyor belts..unless it is from the little elves that steamroll the wrapper shut..umm yeah...maybe.

i'm guessing it's either just for looks, or a pattern at the bottom of the mold.
