Is it true that quick and dirty romance is the best? Why or why not?

Yes, I believe in romance, but quick and dirty go with the other thing and not romance.

It depends on the person and where they are and who they are. Quick and dirty had an appeal to me in my early twenties, that race, that thrill of meeting someone having a torrid affair and then moving on. As I age, become an ugh "adult" I see romance in a different light. I never bought into the hollywood version of rescuing romance, I personally think that's kaka. What I think is romantic is someone asking about my day a really listening, offering dinner because they can see that it's been a long day, coming home and the dishes to be done (in my dreams!!!!), someone being attentive to me because at that moment they can't focus on anything else.

I like slow romance. I've never experiance fast romance so I'd like to hear that answer. BUT yes, I do believe in romance. :)

I think it all depends on the person. Romance is very much alive and kicking it just takes on different forms for different people and even varies from relationship to relationship. But for me personally tit was the quick and dirty romance that landed me my husband......the other way just wouldn't have cut it.

I believe in romance taken slow. You'll get to know someone better that way and know if the romance is real or fake.

Uh no. Romance is when you take time to find out if the person is someone you want babies with and want to introduce to your mama. Dirty and quick is not someone you are seen in public with...unless your'e in a strip club.

I beleive in romance .....I beleive that we are not animals and there's a way to create memories....that is what it makes a person love in love with another...romance means the tender side of a person and if you could only imagine the way girls feels when a guy treats her romantically.....man I have no words to discribe it!!!

No, slow is better. My girlfriend and I were friends first. We were not looking for love but we had a lot of common interests so we talked about things. Made each other laugh and had fun. We both realized after a year that we had feelings for each other. We've been together for two years now and I love her dearly. But it took time and effort. I am glad I got to know her as a person first.
