5 hours it sort of depends on what kind of plane ur flying on or the direction the air is going.............i went from sfo to honolulu and it was 5 hours going and 4 hours coming back because we rode on a 747 airplane

Between 5-6 Hours. Depending on Air Speed and also on your Pilot too. But don't worry you will get to Hawai'i. Just take a lil nap if you can and by the time you wake up to the left of the window you would be able to see some the islands. Have fun.
