Nothing beats the satisfaction of eating your self prepared meal.
Plus not only that, you get to save money.
So dont think . . jut eat your self packed lunch and enjoy.

How are you eating lunch now, anyway? Do you live in the Eastern Hemisphere or something, because it's 11 PM here in new york.
Eat your lunch. It's bad to waste food, there are starving children in ____(insert random poor country here)____. Plus, eating your lunch will save you money. You could buy a nice outfit for the price of a few takeout meals... it adds up. Not to mention how bad for you takeout is... And soup and a bread roll sounds yummy to me.

For your health you should eat the soup and roll, but if you are already in good health and you dont do it too often, why not go for the kfc and treat yourself if you want it. For health if your health is bad though, stick with the soup/bread.

I love KFC, but why waste your soup & roll? Plan on a future day to go to KFC, make it a special treat, because nutritionally it wouldn't be very healthy to do it too often.

You know you should eat what you brought with you. Eating KFC tastes good for a moment but think of all the grease and cholesterol and bad karma from how they kill the chickens. Eat your soup and think of all the money you are saving, and time, etc.

you are so good making your own lunch,I keep thinking about it but would get so bored of eating sandwiches every day that i don't bother. Have your soup and roll, why waste all that time and effort and food?
