I just want to know how long it will take to get a prenup drafted up. We want to get married in 2 weeks or less.

Call a lawyer, and i don't believe in prenups because i think that is not a real way to start off a marriage which to people claim that they love one another and trust one another, rethink this marriage before you do it, i just think a prenup is just saying just incase we get a divorce i don't want you to screw me over, so think before you do.

First contact lawyer(s). BOTH should get individual counsel. In CA you must be independently represented or waive independent counsel. The drafting part is not what takes long, rather the going over and giving time for each to decide what you want and don't want. Your attorneys will help you out and determine what best fits your needs. This is only information NOT LEGAL ADVICE.

Who ever wants the agreement should have it drawn up by their attorney then give the other party time to have their attorney look it over and make suggestions. Two weeks is not enough time someone is trying to pull a fast one.

Call a lawyer and ask him. It should not take more than a couple of days.
