hi i just got back from babysitting
the house got broken into while i was outside with the kids...so i was on the same property. the house i babysat for has guns in their house (cause the husband likes to hunt) and they think theyve gone missing. imagine if i walked in to get something like a diaper or a sippie cup or something and by then he had found the gun and was armed with the bullets that were stored beside to gun?? its possible but lucky i didnt go in or even if i had to go to the bathroom. when i came back all the drawers from every dresser and cabinet and jewelry box were across every floor in every room.. clothes were scattered and things had been taken. The movie we had watched before going in the pool was gone seeing as the dvd played was stolen. dont worry i called the parents and we called police and everyone else. but isnt that scary? i just need comforting cause its still the night of and just thinking of what could have happened is rattling me. help :(

I am sooo glad you are okay, and I don't even know you. Your folks are going to be way freaked out for awhile too. Wow, yeah that is scary. I'm not a big believer in fate, but somebody must have been watching over you for you to have been out of harms way.
Hey at least the rest of the week should be a cake walk compared to that!! You need to watch some silly fun movies with a teddy bear and a baseball bat next to you.

The next time you are babysitting you need to make sure all the doors are locked, even the one you went out if necessary, just carry the keys with you.

I'm glad to hear that nothing happened to you and the kids, I know something like that can be a scarey thing. Just be thankful that no one was hurt.

If I were there I would give you a hug.

Just try to relax and take a deep breath and be thankful.

Good luck, hugs.

OH MY GODDDDD!
That has got to be terrifying! DEATH-DEFYING! :O
Heyyyyyyyy... it's okay. It could happen to anyone, I mean look on the brightside, no one got hurt right? Those things can be replaced but not your life or anyone else's. You are lucky you weren't in the house at the time! Feel better and try not to think about it. You'll look back on this and laugh at it. Okay.. maybe not but you get the point :) As long as you keep your cool, everything else will be fine. The police will get those guys. No worries.

Oh man! I hope that everyone is alright. I don't really know what if anything a person can say to comfort you right now. But if you have been sitting for the people for a while then they'll know you had nothing to do with it. So just keep your head up and remember that this could have happened to anybody.

Pretty spooky kiddo....know the feeling, was in the house, when a car wreck happened right outside of the house, if it wasn't for one of the cars parked near the street, the car would have came into the basement, and probably killed me, and my mom.
Needless to say, the adrenaline rush is what's got you tripped, and it's understandable.
Close calls happen...I'd say, geto ut a jigsaw puzzle, turn on all the lights, and slowly let your body wind down....go have a hot soak in a tub, or go somewhere, where there's a lot of lights and people, and walk it off.....it'll help.

Your guides where working overtime today. Thank goodness you listened to your intuition and kept yourself and the kids out of the house while they were there. I think you need to call a friend over, pop some popcorn, watch a funny/sappy lovey dovey movie and have a sleep over.
Take care of yourself, this was huge! You are ok now, you'll be alright, not to worry.

calm down.. i would be as scared as you if it happened to me (well who wouldn't)

those things you said that were stolen are just material items.. you can easily buy them again.. but for me, the most important is that you and the kids weren't harmed.. it's a good thing you were out.. imagine what would happen if you were in the house...

don't worry about it.. it's a good thing you called the parents and police.. you were alert and quick.. how are the kids? hope they were alright..

Wow. I am sorry to hear that. Fortunately you and the children are fine. Material possessions can always be replaced. I really can't think of anything else to say but try to sleep.
