A dogs particularly circumstances eats grass to be ill! Even dogs who in many situations do no longer consume grass will head on the instant for the closest patch while they are feeling ill. they're going to gobble some mouthfuls, retch, and then throw up, or a minimum of attempt to. Veterinarians nonetheless are not particular if dogs consume grass because of the fact their stomachs are disappointed or if their stomachs get disappointed as quickly as they consume grass. even with the shown fact that, many vets suspect that's the former, because of the fact dogs who're energetic and perky look waiting to consume grass without getting ill in a while. it form of feels possibly that there is a few thing in grass that does stimulate the urge to vomit. Grass is clearly yummy!!! No injury in it - purely a organic weight loss plan for dogs.

They're missing some nutrient that they can find in the grass. I had two Great Danes who ate salad. No tomatoes...but they liked the greens. (-:
I have a cat that grazes occasionally too.
