Yes, Davids Bridal has a great exchange program.

I had a similar yet different problem. The bottom that my friend wanted didn't fit, and the sales associate had informed me that I needed to buy the material from them, and find the pattern and a seamstress myself. She didn't want to listen when I suggested that I order the biggest skirt they had, and buy additional material.

I'm pretty sure they won't exchange it for something else. You could always though.

We had the same situation, however in our case we had two stores within an hour and a half of driving time. One of the stores told us that there is absolutley no way to exchange for any reason, the other told us to bring it in and they would exchange it. So, if you get the run around from one store try to call another. This is one of the main reasons I refuse to shop at a DB ever!!!!

Usually, yes. But their sizing tends to be off so that you have to order a larger size and have it altered down. They will tell you that the dye lots will not match, which is true but it isn't always noticeable. If you get a grumpy salesperson, they will say that they ordered according to your measurements and that you signed approval when it was ordered.

HI

We bought our stuff thru them for our wedding....

a few ideas...talk to them about it....(they should have measured you...)

another idea....just ask them if you can buy a piece of that fabric...and then go to a seamstress..might be cheaper....they can usually take it out..if there is a seam....worked on my wedding dress in some spots...

good luck!

I don't think that they will let you exchange it but they will order you more fabric and have their very expensive seamstress let it out!
