Thanks people for answering my question (In which some still might could answer) on explaining rejection.A little something more:A while back I was wanting to date my best friends cousin.I finally left her a message on her voice mail asking her to hang out.She did not return my call so I called her and she got the message and she said:"I can't go out my boyfriend would not like it if I go out, sorry".Then I persisted (Stupidty) to call her and she would say "yes" to hanging out but she would not call me back. She sent me a text message and said "I dont want anything to do with you". I was abit annoyed at her (I'd known her since she was 2 years old).I kept calling and hanging up,to the point where her boyfirend told me kindly to stop calling. She then called the police on me and the copper said "Don't contact her".All the hang up calls were traced. Now people, THAT IS REJECTION Right?
I've not spoken to her since. Its been a year now. Right now,I've no interest in conversing with her.

Rejection? no, stalking? maybe, annoying to the point of she will now tell her friends what you did and you will need to move to another state so people will not call the police on you for trying to make a date? YES.

Affirmative. That's rejection at least ten times over.
