Aids was a biological warfare experiment that got away from them, they didn't take into account that people in certain parts of the world eat monkey. Or maybe they did.The implications are mind boggling.
Not folly, mans inhumanity to man!

Both, perhaps.
An act of God, in that it keeps people mindful about who they are sleeping with, and keeps unintended pregnancies from coming about.
Man's folly, in that if we could be moral in our habits (not cheating on partners, not being sexual with new relationships..) maybe we wouldn't need this to set us right.
Plus, everyone has to die someday. I do not mean to sound insensitive. Better that these people died teaching us a lesson.
Blessed Be.

There is speculation that AIDS is a mutation of polio vaccines. But, about 10% of the population is immune to it, indicating it's been around a long time.
It's too early to tell if the technology of men played a role or not.

Both= God uses Man to achieve HIS goals! Man's refusal just means HE will wait until Mankind rethinks it! Meanwhile GOD wrote the book on Irony and loves to play a chapter out while waiting!

It could be both, God told us not to have sex with people other than our wives, So we don;t listen and where does that leave us?
With MILLIONS dieing because the male population can't keep their ***** in their pants.
So God made the disease and knew where mankind would take it.

Well, first of all God is imaginary and AIDS is not. My husband was in the military and he told me that he learned about the things our government does and releasing AIDS disease was our own government

It's just nature. Bacteria and viruses evolve all the time, this one just happens to be particularly nasty. Netiher God nor man did this, it just is.
Kind of a dumb question
