It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction. Try and take some Benadryl. Also, you can use cortisone on the affected area to take away the itch, as well as an ice pack. It may even help to mix a little baking soda and water..apply as a thick layer. If you have any symptoms such as breathing difficulty or scratchy throat, go to the ER asap..it could be the sign of anaphylactic shock.

hope you don't have any rings on. If you do, then try to get them off. Since this happened yesterday, the home remedies that you would do (at the time of the sting) probably wont work as well.Keep your hand elevated and at night prop it up on a pillow. Warm compresses will help a little. If in the morning it is still really swollen I would let your doc. know. He can give you prescription med. if needed. Also, if it is red and painful then you may have more than the typical reaction to the sting. Defiantly call the doc. if that's the case.

Go see a doctor. People have been known to die suddenly. Red wasp stings are serious. Their venom is derived from crab spiders. Pack your hand in ice. Did you remove the stinger ? Do you have any Benadryl?

If it;s that big then you need to go to a clinic. ASAP you could be allergic, if so your lungs could shut down.
