how do i flip my hair out on the bottom? my hair is about 3 inches below my shoulders.?

When you blow dry your hair you can use a brush(I would use a round brush) to turn the ends of your hair outward and then use a flat iron or curling iron to make it a more defined flip. I would also suggest using some kind of styling product to help your hair stay flipped out.

I use my straightener for a subtle but not too dramatic flip. Section the bottom and pin up your hair, then pull your straightener down your hair shaft and curve it outwards toward the end.
