Slice a banana on your cereal; Keep vanilla yogurt around to make parfaits; make a big bowl of mixed fruit (watermelon, grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe. (Put the berries in just before eating--they spoil fast), and dish out some each morning.
Clean cantaloupe, slice in 6 wedges, eat with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream!

yogurt granola and fruit. you can set up nite before, by putting yogurt in a bowl with saran wrap, and a handful of granola in a ziplock bag.
Get your blelnder out. again, yogurt, and fruit. that could be all. I do that all the time and add a bit of protien powder. you can set it up nite before too, puting yogurt and protien powder in blender with cover into your fridge. in morning just add fruit and whip it up.

Just eat the fruit, don't mix it with cream or anythin' else.
The simpler the food, the less calories you'll have.

go to www.weetabix.com and try the Weetabix week! very quick, tasty and extremely healthy!
Basically, you put fruit, or smoothies, or yoghurt on top of your weetabix instead of (or as well as) milk!
Also, try the link below! It's completely off-topic for this question but relates to a previous question you have asked. :-D
