You need basil,almonds,one chili(with seeds scraped out),sea-salt,tin of tomatoes,clove of garlic(if you want),a drizzle of olive oil and some spaghetti pasta. Combine all the above ingredients,except the pasta of course,in a blender...use ammounts of ingredients as per use...if you have friends over ..good starter.Cook the spag..al dente..(or he Will come round and live up to his name) and serve in bowls with the basil/almond pesto on top.Easy to prepare and extremely healthy.You can add some Spanish or Italian parsley to the mix if you want.OK?Enjoy.
