If u would like to get up between 3-6 in the morning u have to be on ur bed at least by 9pm or even early depending on ur sleeping requirement which depends on ur age.The younger ones require more sleep and the older u r the less is the sleep requirement. u will be needing a minimum of 6 hrs of sleep. The first few days u can take the help of an alarm clock. If u have to get up at certain time u also have to go to bed at a particular time in order to keep ur biological clock making u to get up without any difficulty automatically.Any irregular activity involving changes in ur sleeping time will cause disturbance to ur biological clock and u will fail to get up at the right time.
The utmost important thing is that u should have a strong will to get up and do the meditation, then it becomes easy to get up,but if u r casual u will also be failing to get up.

First suggestion: Follow your own biological clock. If you are a night person do your meditation before bed. If you are a morning person get up a little early. Go with the flow.
Second Suggestion: Regularize your schedule. Try to go to bed every night at the same time and get up at the same time.
Suggestion Three: Limit your use of alcohol and caffeine. Neither of these will increase your energy.
I mediate in the morning. I get up at 4:30 and go for a short run to clear the cobwebs and get the body moving. I take a fast shower and then do my meditation. This way I have some energy, I'm alert, and I don't fall back asleep.
Hope this helps.

Most likely you are a devotee of Srila Prahbupada, ISKCON, Hare Krishna, ( I could tell by your name).
If you are practicing at home, and not living in the temple this can be difficult, for sure.
It will kill ya at 1st, but, just as if you are in the temple, MAKE yourself get up, ( get up around 4am), and do not go back to sleep after you do your rounds of chanting the maha mantra.
In a few days, you'll be so natually tired out, you will be in bed at like 9 or before! I swear it!
Hare Krishna!

Avoid caffine, get into a steady sleep schedule, and make sure you go to bed at a fairly early time. Just use an alarm clock or something at first, eventually your body will adjust to it and you'll start waking up at that time naturally.

Pray..ask HIM to guide you and u want to practice this part in meditating every early morning..ask HIM to help you to do that..to give u the strenght..
at first its sound a bit hard u will feel sleepy but fight fo it and ask for guidance of the Holy Spirit..God can do that to you..just have FAITH,,

Why does it have to be in the morning? Time shouldn't be a factor in your spiritual life. Who said the morning was the best time to do it? I do mine before I go to bed at night.
