Instead of a website where you will pay premium prices and have to tack on shipping. Try shopping at local thrift stores (Goodwill or Salvation Army) for children's clothes that will fit your dog. You can always cut holes in the seat of the pants for his tail. I used to buy tee shirts and sweaters for my dog when I lived in California. Important question--does your dog like wearing clothes?

Try old navy they have cute collared dog shirts. My dogs have shirts from there and they were only $9.50 (x-large)
