Its actually preferable to wear freyed cut-off jeans with a greasy, stained t-shirt that is at least one size too small. In regards to alcohol, you should probably show up drunk. That way, you won't have to spend your money at the cash bar... unless they have an open bar, in which case you should just show up buzzed so that you can get smashed for free.

It could be worse. I went to an outdoor wedding just last Saturday. The bride and groom looked lovely, all in white. The bridesmaid wore a white skirt with a pastel top.

The best man wore jeans and a black T-Shirt that said "Poker? I don't even know her"

I kid you not. Honest truth!

If the groom is wearing jeans, then yes. If the groom is wearing a tux, then no. If you don't know, wear the jeans with a button shirt and leave the booze at home. They should provide it for you (unless they're Mormon).

THE JEANS WOULD BE OK- IF THEY'RE A GOOD PAIR OF JEANS, NO STAINS ALMOST NEW- THEN I WOULDNT CARE IF SOMEONE WORE JEANS TO MY WEDDING BUT THE T-SHIRT---- NOOO- DEFINATELY NOT, A NICE COLLERED SHIRT IS PROBABLY AS CASUAL AS I WOULD LET MY BOYFRIEND DRESS. AND TRUST ME ALL THE WEDDINGS I GO TO ARE REDNECK- WE'RE TALKIN COWBOY BOOTS AND HATS- LOL- BUT SERIOUS, AND UNLESS U APPROVE IT BY THE BRIDE AND GROOM DONT JUST SHOW UP WITH BOOZE BECAUSE MY GRANDFATHER(MY DADS DAD) SHOWED UP AT MY PARENTS WEDDING WITH BOOZE AND CAUSED MY MOM AND DADS FIRST FIGHT ON THEIR WEDDING DAY!
