You probably have wax blocking it. Take a cotton swab and carefully sweep around your your ear passage. If you do not find close to the surface, it is probably clogging your ear further into the canal, that is when you should see a doctor

Another thing you might want to try is to hold your nose and blow that sometimes cause the ear to "pop" and you will get your hearing back. If that does not work, then it probably is from wax

You probably will need some kind of an earwax removal to see if you can get it unclogged yourself, plus if you go to a doctor or even a specialist ENT, if he can't get the wax out (assuming it is wax) he will more than likely ask you to do this anyway so he can take another look after a few days or so on this preparation in order to "soften up" the wax so he can remove it - sometimes if it is severe wax build up, that is what it takes to be able to get in and remove it. If you go to a specialist, he can then take a look at your eardrum after the wax has cleared and make sure you do not have any damage there.

It may be possible that your ears are plugged with earwax. Put one drop of mineral oil in each ear and leave overnight. This will soften the wax. If you have Q-Tips, GENTLY clean the inside of the ear...but be very careful because improper Q-Tip use can cause damage to the ear. If this doesn't work, see a doctor. They may have to do an ear flush.

Sounds like earwax.
Just mix one half hydrogen peroxide with one half water, put it in your ear with a dropper and hold your head to the side so it wont run out. It will loosen the wax and make it easier to remove.
