I got rear-ended by a guy yesterday and I don't have insurance but he has liability. He gave me his insurance information and then I left and went to the hospital cuz I hurt my back. Thing is, he signed a paper in front of a witness-the police told me just to come down and file the report since they weren't at the scene. I almost lost my job over this and I need my car fixed. I have contacted lawyer that is coming tomorrow. Will his insurance pay to fix my car and my lost wages for work. I'm not going after him for a bunch, just what needs fixed and the day that I missed for being hurt. I'm sitting at work in pain now and could have cried out about that but I'm trying to do the right thing here. If I can work, I'm working.

His insurance will pay for your car for sure. It should also pay for medical bills. Pain and suffering will have to be dealt with in court.

Not sure about your lost wages - or rather, the only lost wages covered are the ones when you're too injured to work. So if you weren't hospitalized, and the doctor released you back to work with no restrictions, you may not get any.

His policy should pay - if he's an authorized driver, coverage is current, and he has enough property damage coverage to cover all your repairs.

Yes, his insurance should cover it, however if the insurance company finds out that you are an uninsured motorist, there my be legal action taken against you.

If he is liable, his company will have to pay for your damages. I'm sure your attorney can explain in more detail.
