1000calories a day... sometimes i have 900 depends
40-60mins workout everyday
8-10 cups of water nd vitamins
my question is, if i do that for 3months, how much weight can some1 lose..
i am 22, height is 159cm.. nyway i just wanna know how much some1 can lose with such a diet in 3months... Thank u guys!!

P.s. please i just need a number, i know it mite not be healthy, but my sisters wedding is in 3months, so plz just give me a number.. how much will i lose in 3months!! thanx again

i lost 30 lbs in a month in a half, it all depends on how much fat you have to lose and how hard you work. you will probably lose more than you expect like that unless you have a lot to lose.

It depends on the people who exercises. Every organism is individual and reacts differently to things. In other words, You are dying to get skinnier while others are dying to get fatter. Living example, I eat whatever I want and I don't get fat...I bet not all people can do that. But, anyways, I think I already answered your question.
