My neighbor keeps picking up trash that the garbage men drop & puts it in my car & truck!?

Question

He does it very early in the morning before daylight or when he catches us away.
He also shoots our animals with pellet guns.We have had to have 3 animals put down.
He also shoots my yard decorations full of holes!
The police say i have no proof,so they can't do anything!
I know he is so evil,that he has cameras all over his house to see if anyone tries to get even with him.What is a good way to fix his little red wagon?

well... do u hav a camcoder that can record clearly in the complete dark? try to be awake very early in the morning too, and hide with the camera and you got him... but don't show urself or even turn on the lights or make noise.

This all sounds perfectly crazy. You should write a sitcom based on this guy.

Why can't you get proof of anything he's done to you? It's not hard to get proof of someone doing terrible things to you. Set up something so that when he moves onto your property, it's lights, camera, action!

How do you know he's the one shooting your animals and yard decorations? Have you annoyed a good old country boy sort in the neighborhood by allowing your animals to roam on their property OR is the man really so sick he's shooting from his own property just for sport?

OMG talk about psychos. Turn the coin in his direction. Set up a couple of cameras so that you have proof. If you don't have any rent some for the week. These people love doing this because they know they can get away with it. You can choose to be the one to change it or leave it alone and have him keep on doing it. Good Luck because you need it.

Do other neighbors have problems with him? Get a video camera and position where he can not see you. You need to be careful though, some of these ding dongs can go over the deep edge and do something to really hurt your family. Is there a home owners Association or a city council you can talk to? If you don't have an outside light get one, then get an security camera and focus it where the trash and cars are parked. You can record him putting trash in your car and truck then call the police.

I guess if you dont want to move you could send a lot of crap to his address or call the health dpt on him or some government service where he would actually get in trouble or possibly cause him a little grief. be relentless.

Put cameras up too. To get back at him... Find someone with a Farm. Get some mature,put it on your side and hope the smell gos his way. You could put up a fence(wood about 6foot tall).You didn't put the state or town in.

Well as far as the trash goes he might recycle it and
get some cash, but shooting at animals is another thing,
you might try talking to him about this, or getting the law
involved.

Ask a cop to watch a few nights. They might help, or try getting him on video camera or a regular camera.

try taking that trash and putting on his front porch every time he does that.
keep a video cam handy for the other stuff or set up a webcam. they are not that expensive. it can be left on 24 hrs and images captured regularly and saved.
