A friend of mine believes in Holy Trinity but in a different way.
He believes that God The Father and Jesus are less powerful than the Third Person of Holy Trinity or Holy Spirit. He even sometimes
speak ill of them. But he made an idol of a half-human half-dove
after replacing it with an idol of Jesus in the cross and an idol of God The Father with white beard and a triangular hat. He worships the idol of Holy Spirit now. Is it ok?

Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: 29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation: 30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

Matt 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

The verses you quote say nothing about power. However, look at what personage sends and who follows whose will.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Gal 4:4 but when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
The personage being referenced here is the Father. The Father sent the Son. The Son did the will of the Father.
Notice who sends the Holy Spirit:
Joh 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall bear witness of me:
The Father sends the son, the son sends the Comforter (Spirit) who is the guide of truth.
What does Jesus command?
Joh 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.
Worship God the Father is the command.
I hope you're being serious in your question. It sounds like you're making fun, though.

Mainline Christianity believes that the three persons in the Holy Trinity are equal in power and deserving of worship.
Your friend is going over arguments that the early Christians prayed over in the first and second centuries.
I am not wise enough to judge your friends actions.
Blasphemy against the Spirit ...
- Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit 22 will not be forgiven (Matthew 12:31)
... is the sin of attributing to Satan ...
- But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, "This man drives out demons only by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons." (Matthew 12:24)
... what is the work of the Spirit of God.
- But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. (Matthew 12:28)
With love in Christ.

Father, Son and Holy Spirit are GOD and each are a FORM of GOD but are separate ministries or communications with the human creation, if you will. The Son or GOD in Flesh provided through the death and shed blood a perfect Sacrifice that a Just GOD the Father (Jehovah) provided for as a way to escape judgment upon our sins. The Holy Spirit is the promise of God's Spirit that dwells within a believers body to provide proof and evidence that their conversion was real as well as provide ministries to the inner human spirit from God which exist and lives in the Spirit. One can believe in and worship the Holy Spirit but it is not the Holy Spirit or belief in the presence of a Holy Spirit that saves a person. It is the shed blood of Jesus Christ and acceptance of that sacrifice in effect putting us under the blood of Christ as a sacrifice for our sins. Each form of the Godhead has It's own ministry and function yet remains ONE and UNIFORM GOD.

I think the important key to remind your friend of is that the Holy Spirit will do NOTHING unless God tells It to. Incidentally, the Holy Spirit is God's spirit. So, It can do nothing until the Father wills It to do so. Using your friend's logic, I could say my legs are more powerful than my brain because my legs do the physical walking. Is that true? No. My legs won't move until my brain tells them to. Perhaps if you explain it to him like that, he may understand. Oh, and that idol he built.... flat out idolatry. "Thou shalt have NO other gods before Me."

It sounds like your friend is making his own god up as he goes.
He needs to remember that God is a someONE, not a something.
Jesus said we must, "...worship in spirit and truth."
