Maybe allergies but take him 2 the vet to confirm and I'm sure he is uncomfortable so make that appointment. Good Luck

the scabbing on his ears could be mange, or if he's an outside dog he could be getting bitten by flies. Keep him inside to stop and prevent this. His biting of his feet could be that he has dry pads, his pads are itchy if you bathed him recently and didn't dry between his toes, or there is a foreign object stuck in his pads. Try giving him another bath with an oatmeal (dog) shampoo, and if you used flea/tick shampoo in the past to bathe him stop doing that because he could also be having an alergic reaction to it. After the bath make sure to thoroughly dry between his toes with a towel. Try putting Neosporine on the bite marks on his ears every day to help his ears heal and keep him inside just in case the scabbing was occuring from flies.

Try a gentle dog shampoo, and rinse him very carefully. Also check his paw pads and see if he has any foreign objects stuck on his feet or if they are scratched or cut up. A little triple anti-biotic ointment on his ears shouldn't hurt and should help them to heal. If this does continue or if there are obvious signs of infection (redness, drainage, swelling), see a vet right away! Good luck!
