Buy a Caller ID Machine, it'd cost you less then 10 bucks. and monthly charge would be $5 to 8, depends on your Phone service.
Why don't you make a Prank a call the one who's calling you.

I would get caller ID which is $ 7'95 a month ar answering machine which you can get very cheep, only cost is for the machine, then screen the calls, do not answer that call, they will soon stop calling. I would not call her back, she just wants to get something started,
not a good idea to blow anything into the phone, she might return the favor. I would just ignore her.

There are several options.
- call the phone company and ask about filing a complaint.
- get caller ID, so you know it is them, and don't pick up.
- Ask the phone company about blocking that call
- A court order can really put an end to it.

Don't say ANYTHING. Get a LOUD whistle..( like they use in football games.) When she calls, call back..Whistle very loud into the phone continuously. She'll hang up...( Then figure out another way to annoy you.) Stay on your toes,you're smarter.

First of all, the person who is prank calling you is very stupid... lol. You should prank call them and say that "there is someone prank calling me everyday so I had call the phone company & the police about it"

Do you have "call forwarding"?
If so, forward their calls to their parents or some one else that would REALLY embarrass them if it was found out that they've been pranking.

have a male friend answer your phone and say he is agent weaver or some other name from the fbi.. tell her he is preparing to come and bust her for illegal harrasment..
or you could just not answer the phone.. screen our calls with an answering machine.
