Yes you can marry her... JUST make sure that papers are taken cared of. You have to make sure that you submit the correct papers. The system in the Philippines rather slow.

I believe your other answers are wrong.

You'll have to process some papers in the Philippines to get your marriage license, I don't think it can be done in 3 days. The following site states 10 days from application to receiving the license.

Now, you can probably have the ceremony within 3 days, but it won't be legally valid until after the marriage license is done.

Of course you can, but if your planning to come back and live in the states I recommend you get married here too. It will be a lot faster for her to get her papers.
