Remember how much money films about Jesus gross? Remember how Mel Gibson's "Passion" became a blockbuster after it inspired so much controversy? Well this a cash cow waiting to milked.
If someone were to show a real film about Muhammad, that didn't waste time being sensitive to Muslims, it would certainly gross huge amounts and be remembered for years to come. Wouldn't you love to see Muhammad charging at the Quarish in the Battle of Badr? His manipulative face trying to convince his followers to kill themselves? His radically altered Bible stories portrayed on the big screen? When is a film producer going to come out and shoot this baby? I've heard that Mel Gibson had to fund "Passion" himself because all the major producers were Jewish. If that's the case, wouldn't a Jewish producer jump to display Muhammad as the lunatic he was? Come on Hollywood, I'd pay big bucks to see that!

Yeah, this should NOT be made by a Muslim. He should be someone who knows the truth about Islam and is not afraid to show it.

There is a movie called The Message with Anthony Quinn and Irene Papas similar to what your talking about. However, it does not show the person of The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

remember the movie called THE MESSAGE a few years back with Anthony Quinn as Hamza , uncle of prophet muhammed-pbuh. the Director and his crew were respectable enough not to show the face of Muhammed-pbuh. but i dont know if there are any more people left with self-respect. they dont mind creating propaganda about their own God Jesus-pbuh. so when they don't have respect for their God its obvious they wont have respect for other's sensitivity.
i should say that people of other faith are forgetting their bible. the 2nd commandment, do u remember it?.
Exodus 20:4-6 records the Second Commandment. Here is God’s explicit directive: “YOU SHALL NOT MAKE UNTO YOU ANY GRAVEN IMAGE, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me; and showing mercy unto thousands of them that love Me, and keep My commandments.”
God specifically defined the forbidden ways that were used to worship idols. He realized human nature’s tendency to justify loopholes around His instructions.
u have given Jesus-pbuh a false image when u dont know how he looks, dont u think it is a sin? if u worship him as God, then atleast dont try being disrespectful. i dont know how u people can change the rules and commandments of God u worship.
well be what u want it to be. when u have not given jesus -pbuh his due respect, how can we expect u to respect muhammed-pbuh.?
may the peace and blessings of Allah be on u and may He guide u on the right path. may Allah protect u from Hellfire and may He show mercy on u.

those who read about true story of Muhammad, felt strong influence toward Islam. showing the story of Muhammad may lead thousands of people toward Islam. it's just enough to show some verses from the Quran.
in muslim countries they made movies about Islam involving Muhammad (P), but it's not allowed to show his face, body or his voice.

Maybe Muslims don't need a film to inspire them.
I mean, I had Christians tell me that the "Passion" was real, as if it were the Gospels.
And look at all of that money spent. For what?
And your post is another in a long line of examples of just how insenstive people are toward Muslims.

Muslims are restricted from making movies about their man-created god. It would be enough for Hollywood to make one movie about Muhammed and you'll have a 9-11 in all movie and music studios in America.
Besides, I don't think you'd want a movie that ends in portraying a prophet's life in hell for breaking all of God commandments.

In the End of Days, when Jesus is revealed as the true Messiah and Mohammad is revealed as the trickster, the liar, the deceiver and son of all deceptions. But, even then it won't be on film; men (and women) will witness it from the four corners of the Earth.
In that day, "...all knees shall bow and call Him (Jesus) LORD"

It won't happen. Ever. Well, maybe, but it certainly couldn't be accurate.
Muhammad, just like Islam ruled/rules with fear, war, terror and hate.
How many people actually know Islam means "submission" not in a loving sense, but in a fighting sense.
Thanks for the post - and don't held your breath...
