well, ask yourself why they're awkward - because youd 'like to sleep with him but geez, he's a minister. Then you're not being true to yourself, why are other guys ok to sleep with and not him?
Remember he's a man first and a minister second, and if you work on building a friendship with him first instead of going physical, I think the awkwardness will disappear.

As long as he is not married, treat him like you would any other guy. That's what will set you apart from the others. They all are treating him awkwardly. He wants to be comfortable and not feel "different". If it's true, let him know God is #1 in your life and always will be. He is looking for a helpmate in his ministry, Be sure you can and want to be that. Most of all, just get him to get comfortable. Guys like to talk about themselves...Where were you raised? Did you like Highschool? Play sports? Were/Are you close to your family? Have brothers and/or sister? Did you see such n such movie? What kind of music do you like? Do you keep up with politics? If he does, start reading the paper, if you don't already. Be able to carry an intelligent conversation as well as a fun one. Have an opinion, but not unbending, be open. Nobody respects a yes-man. but don't be a feminist either. Sorry feminists-- Guys want to be repected...don't we all? Look up what a Calvanist is and then ask him if he is. Boy, that will impress him! How did you come to the Lord? Tell him how you did. Try not to be real spiritual at first because I'm sure everyone is always trying to impress him with that. Be yourself. When you are yourself, then you can relax and he will be relaxed too. If you can't be yourself, then he is not for you because it gets old real fast to have to pretend. Everyone needs to feel loved for who they are. Go ahead and learn about things that interest him. That's not being someone else, it is stretching, growing and opening yourself to different things. Anyway, enough. Have fun girl!
