Im aware that monosaturated fats such as peanut butter and fish oil before sleep are good ways of increasing the body natural level of testosterone production.

However I was curious if anyone knows of any other supplements or foods other than steroids that also have the same outcome?

(Only food, no pills or anything like that)

No steroids or supplements but muscle building exercise may help. Muscle cells produce small amounts of testosterone like fat cells produce small amounts of estrogen.
