You left out your height and weight; If you're 6 foot and 105 pounds you don't need to starve yourself ever, if you're 5 foot and 150 pounds you need to exercise more and cut down on your food consumption. It's NEVER good advice to go 3 days without food!

I can go three days without eating and my stomach start getting smaller and smaller but you will have to eat don't just put your finger in your mouth and throw up. After that 3 days you will have a derease in your eating habbits which will probaly be good cause you would'nt eat that much and you can start looseing weight.

Why starve yourself at all? Try eating healthly then you wont have a need to starve yourself. Exercise 3 days a week, eat healthly and you will be fine.

NOTHING!!! You'd be so hungry after the 3rd day that u would binge! plus you're body goes into starvation mode after u start to starve yourself. any weight you "MIGHT" lose would only be water weight anyways-dehydration!

Possibly turn Anorexic. But after three days of not eating you would over eat and gain more wait.

umm..
idk but i think it would be better if u didnt becuz when you dont eat you body thinks its never going to be fed so then it stores its fat so u end up no losing anyw weight
so just eat right and exersize
