Yeah, it's normal--as normal as it gets. Nervousness about meeting family will do it big time. And more understandable given the "thing" that's hanging over your head. Sorry about that. It's got to be a major league pain. Let me add that your question makes me think you are a PEACH of a person!!

Very normal. Sometimes due to insecurities, feelings of low self worth, or doubts about relationship. No matter what though eventually if you two are to stay together you're going to have to meet each other's families. Why not take the plunge and who knows everyone might just get along great. What's to lose?

well its normal to be nervous...
when meeting your partners family anv vice versa...
but always remember that you love your partner because of th eway he is or she is not because of their family background...
im sure you are worried about what his family members might think about you..well thats normal...
just be yourself stay cool and calm...remember one thing ur going to get married to the guy not his family.....treat them with respect though....coz you cant command respect you gotta earn it...i hope this answers yor uquestio none way or another..

it is verry normal. it's kind of like taking things further in a relationship. what i suggest is that you don't stress about the way you feel and just try to overcome it. don't rush either, do things when you're ready.
