Google cleanup! and then run this safe and free software to clean up your pc of temp files and cookies. Then defrag. Unistall any old programs that you don't use. Sometimes they tend to run in the background and use resources. You can check this by hitting Ctrl+Alt and Del at the same time when logged in which will bring up windows task manager. Look under resources and see just how many processes that are running at once. It will also show how much processor usage and memory is being used. Regards.

You have two options...the first one, which is the best in my opinion, is to Defragment your main hard drive. You can do this by going to the properties for that hard drive, going to the "Tools" tab, and then selecting the "Defragment Now..." button. This will take all the files on your PC, analyze them, then regroup them so that the different parts are together, making it easier to locate and load up each file.
The second option is to buy a bigger hard drive...Both are good options, but defragmenting is definitely a lot more inexpensive...that's what I did for my PC, and my PC works BEAUTIFULLY now. I hope that this helped! Good Luck!
