help me get this to everyone in the world so that he cant hurt any more children. donald a davis lives on 13 crasent drive ( black mounton trailer park) in brattleboro vermont. he molested me from 12 to a month before my 18th birthday. i finally got the nearve up to tell some one and nothin is being done about it. he is still not in jail. it has beeen 1 year and 6 months sents i told some one. we are in the per trial now. i have a restraning order on him . i have told the police but they dont care. my family knows and cant do a thing. my brother does not believe me and still talks to him. he stokes me and im afrade for my life but no one cares except for my loveing guy im engaged to now. the courts are not moveing fast enough and im scared that he might hurt me and that he will get away with what he did. i am 19 now

I can so relate to your pain, and what you're going through. I had a simliar back ground too. Mine was a foster father that is a deacon of a church, a Mason, well, you get the picture. This all started happening when I moved into that family. Because of his "status" in town, a little homeless girl wasn't taken seriously. I'm now 51 yrs old, and I'm soooooooo grateful I've survived, and that sexual abuse is taken more seriously. You need to seek further help. This man should be sitting in a prison for what he's done to you. Don't stop, until he's there. Good luck honey ~

You weren't the first one he abused and won't be the last one, until you follow through with the court proceedings. Until the court dates, you need to move to another town close by. If you can, you could always entice him to come to you and be videotaping his advances. Then they will have proof and will put his away. Unfortunately, you are old enough that he will say you asked him to come to you. If you were still a minor, he wouldn't be able to have any defense. Do you know a minor that could pull this off? It would take planning and other people to help you and her to keep him from touching her. Good Luck

find somewhere to hide if you are afraid that he will come after you. go to an obscure relative(a relative he wouldnt be able to find) and hide there for a while. otherwise, if you cant hide, ask an attourney or judge for advice on what you can do, im sure they could tell you what you could do. if al else fails, find a place that has a yellow " Safe Place" sign on it- this includes many restaurants and most likely all schools. i hope this helps. good luck.

Is there no such thing a childline in the USA? Or othr charities you could turn to? Don't you have social care workers or women's shelters?
If you can find anything like that then i would suggest you paid them a visit, told them your story and let them deal with the authorities.
