yes but you have to eat honey that was locally produced. this is because the honey will contain the correct allergens to help build a resistance to your allergies.

I've heard that eating locally produce honey can help with allergies better, because it comes from local plants. I don't think it matters when you eat it, just eat several tablespoons a day.. It's real good on a buttered biscuit or toast.

Yes, and Yes about the two tablespoons in the morning and at night. Make sure it's local pollen though or it won't help you. It hasn't healed mine, but it has helped a lot with the symptoms.

A tablespoon a day is good. I put it on toast, put it in my coffee, and n my tequila sunrise. I love honey on rice with milk. MMMMMM!!
The idea is to eat LOCAL honey from a local bee farm. Not the honey you get at the grocery store.

A lot of people do silly and desperate things to get rid of allergies. I haven't used honey to treat allergies. Antihistamines work so much better and they are reliable too!

Local honey, and if it's in the "raw". The clear honey doesn't contain enough pollens to help.

I've taken bee pollen obtained from a local bee keeper to combat seasonal allergies.

Yes, but it has to be natural farm honey (store brand won't work as well). Not sure on the dose, but sounds about right.
