Have you talked about it? The other suggestions are pretty good, especially the one about getting him off an hour before you want to play.

I once had a boyfriend who got off too quickly, and I gave him the advice a man once told me he had to do. Perhaps if your husband were to masturbate either right before or a couple of hours before, when he gets the second erection he'll have more staying power, and you'll have more time to enjoy him and satisfy your needs. If he's not willing to make allowances that your needs are not being met, then you may have deeper issues than just those in the bedroom.

The method above has been suggested by doctors ( I looked this up on line while doing other research) for helping couples with whom the men experienced chronic premature ejaculation.

Have him pleasure you with foreplay until you are almost there. Tell him to use a condom. They last a lot longer with a condom and if you are about to get off then you will get of when he starts. My boyfriend uses condoms and he can last for at least a half an hour to an hour...

Has your sex life always been this way? Before marriage? If so, why did you marry him? If not, tell him things need to get back as they were in the "good ol' days".

Communicate...talk to him about what you like...show him how you like it...hopefully, if he's truly your partner and nothing you want is immoral or offensive to him, he'll be happy to oblige...and vice versa...

I'll try to explain this to you. I hope it helps. Men are not born knowing how to please a woman sexually. If he needs help in that category you need to let him know that you're going to teach him what he needs to know. He needs to understand how to get you off and that doesn't mean you are finished, it simply means you're just getting started. Show him what to do. Don't let him "you know" until he takes care of your needs first. He probably doesn't understand your frustration because with guys it's different. I didn't know until I got married at 26. She took charge and made sure I knew what to do. Now I like to get her to buck and beg me to stop, then it's my turn. We've been married 20 years and still going strong.

the longer question, there is an exercise that he can do. he makes his "package" bounce, by sqeezing his bladder muscle. you need to let him know look you aint doin it for me, and you need to try harder. i don't know of a man that sex and pride don't go hand in hand. i thought that i was in hell with my first husband, we had to use toys to help things along. just talk to him and try new things.
