I agree, I would speak with your parents, or a counsellor at school. When you speak to the counsellor tell them how you felt, and the situation. They will be able to give you advice, switch your courses so you are no longer in the same class (if it happened in a class).
You should be doing it because he made you feel uncomfortable, and it was an unwanted gesture - not because you want him to get suspended. It sounds like you already know what you should do, but you feel bad for doing it. Tell someone you feel comfortable with (an adult), and they will be able to help you through it.

I'm a school principal and the consequence would depend on a bunch of factors. You should certainly speak up if you were made to feel uncomfortable, but you and your friends have no say over what the punishment might be. Even if you have a discipline matrix at your school, it is ultimately up to the administration. Maybe you could get more done if you spoke directly to the boy.

That depends on several factors: do you want him to do it again? do you think he will cause you seriious trouble if you tell? do you have back up of some witnesses who will also corraborate your story? could it have been accidental or not what you thought? are there people in authority who have a history of cracking down fairly about such things? are you viewed as a truthful person? Only you know the cost of getting this guy busted. It would be easy for everyone here to say "Yea, bust him," but I think you are facing some of the reality issues I mentioned above. Trust your gut instincts on this one.

No one has the right to touch you in any way if you don't want them to.You have a couple of options.Tell him if he ever touches you again in any way you are going to report him.Talk to your parents and let them know how upset you are or if your feelings are as strong as you say and you know that you didn't cause any of this go ahead and report him.Don't get me wrong even if you were too nice that's not an excuse for him to take advantage of you.Whatever you decide do it soon so you can relax again. Don't bottle up your feelings.

you should seriously tell someone. No one has a right to make you feel uncomfortable. If he tries that again you make sure your foot ends up between his legs. He shouldnt even be touching you in the first place.

By "touched my butt" do you mean full on grabbed your butt, or bumped up against it accidentally? I wouldn't tell on him. But, if it happens again warn him. That the third time you'll report him.
