Are you diabetic? Some diabetic persons uses drugs called sulfonylureas (Clorpropamida, Tolbutamida, Glibenclamida) that produces a pancreatic stimulus making insulin plasmatic levels arise. In absence of this drugs, there is a number of pathologies, including pancreatic or extrapancreatic tumors (insulinoma) that could causes hypoglicemia. On the other hand, 58 mg/dl could be an accutrend error (not infrecuent) and in many people this values may be asintomatic. Ask your doctor for Dumping syndrome

Low blood sugar, or even too much insulin in your system if your pancreas produces too much if it.
