Wow this is a first. The hottest girl ever is the shyest girl ever, interesting theory. But anyway... just be her friend, get to know her, earn her trust, be nice to her, flirt nicely with her. Don't be one of those guys that flirts with every girl. If you really like her and you think she likes you (and you've already become all of things I listed above) ask her if she likes you and proceed from there. Good Luck. Don't be in a rush, you've got all school year to get to know her better!!

Ha ha, if its true that wat ur friend told, then even if u ask her out while ur taking a piss, she'll accept. ok, seriously, make sure u can rely on ur friend, cuz some girls will just say that so that u get pumped up and simply go ask her out, maybe she doesnt have feelings for u.......but anyway, go and play safe,(walk up to her with a smile while ur looking into her eyes, so it doesnt feel awkward), just start a convo with her that doesnt point to anything........keep a faint smile and look into her eyes, act cool/confident......she will think u're cool and/or cute......dont act nervous, F*CK NERVOUSNESS!!!!. ASK HER OUT FIRSTT!!! Girls always wait to see if the guy will do it. She's probably trying to figure out if ur interested in her that way. If her friend is reliable and told u that she likes u, then go ahead and make a move...U ask her out. But be careful!!! Hope I helped! =]

okay, if you like her, and she likes you, then start talking to her! firt around and chat. then take some time alone with just you and her, and ask her out. if she's the shy one then she probaly won't ask you, so i say, JUST GO FOR IT and ask her out. don't be shy like her. =) or else you guys will never get together. well good luck!
