What is the question? Cause, like 116 at 5'3 isn't a lot. And what the hell does you having a big butt have to do with everything. You sound a little insecure and scared. ..and hungry. What are you like 14?

I'd like to encourage you to stay the way you are, be proud of that big butt and those thighs! You are at a great healthy weight for your height, and just hold your head up and swing it around girl! It's all in your attitude! Know that "you're all that" and just really have fun with what you have, know that it's all good!
I have a friend in the fitness business, and she wasn't always in the fitness business. She has the biggest bottom and thighs I've ever seen, well instead of wanting to "take it off" she decided she would "work it" and now she's making mega bucks movin it around! Instead of wanting to "take it off" learn how to love it and be proud of it, it will be an advantage.
Remember that nobody is critical of it but you, and chances are, the other girls will be jealous. I can't tell you how many questions I see on here from girls who want big butts lol and healthier looking thighs, you're good the way you are, don't try to lose it, just work it to your advantage. You go girl!

Don't be ridiculous, you can't lose 15-29 lbs in 2 weeks or less, it's not safe, it's not healthy.
Work on loving yourself where you are at right now. Make a commitment to make some changes in your life like better eating habit or start an exercise program. Start walking it's low impact, free and easy.
If people don't like you for who you are than "poo" on them!
I know a lot of girls who are big in the butt but have beautiful faces, a great personality and a chest I would die for!

That sounds normal. 5' 3" girl weighs 116 is not that a concern. Just do some light exercises once in 2 days.

Sweet heart who say you have a big butt and thighs? Honest to god you are the perfect size... guys DO NOT like super skinny women... the #1 thing that women look for in men is height (women who were surveyed wanted a tall man) and the #1 thing the surveyed men wanted was a curvy woman with defined hips and thighs ( good for child bearing i guess)

i think i am teh same person as you. i am 5"4 and weigh 116 and have the biggest but ever. u need to do upper they and butt excersizes to loose the weight count your calories for a week and see what is causeing extra weight. enroll in a jym and relax if he likes you for real he wont care if you weigh 116. it is a good weight for our height but i understand why u want to loose pounds i do to
