Everytime I meet this girl at work she smiles makes eye contact and shys away from me. I am a very nice and funny guy, I have never done anything to make her uncomforable. She does not shy away from other guys at work.

Well...SHE LIKES U!!! DUH!! she doesnt respond like that to the other guys since shes not interested but she gets shy around u cause she likes u, but is too shy to talk to u...aww so cute!! Start off the conversation and even though she may not start talking right away, try to small talk. Then, if u think she seems even a tiny bit more comfortable, then ask her out somewhere casual like the movies or mayb dinner if u think she's really comfortable then. Hope I helped!

She probably likes you & is too shy to come up and say anything. Because she is maybe afraid that she is going to say the wrong thing & be embarrassed or something. You should go up to her & just ask her how her day is or get to know her. She would like that. (Coming from someone who used to be shy, it takes alot of pressure off, when the other person comes up & talks.) Good luck.

I don't think its because you've done anything wrong. I know that I am more outgoing with guys I have no interest in. I make eye contact with the guys I like and I am very quiet. You get the gist?

Hey sound like she wants you to notice her. A smile from a female sometimes mean she want you to be that special some one. Go up to her speak to her. start a conversation and see if she some one you may be interested in. If so ask her out. You may be glad you did.

Maybe she isn't ATTRACTED to other guys @ work. She's probably attracted to you and wants you, but is afraid to show you that. She is shy!
Just come up to her, and be like " hey how are ya doing?"
She will be so happy u did!

that is because she doesnt like the other guys,she likes u and so she's shy around you the signs are obvious

maybe she shy away from you is cuz she likes you. you should ask her why she shys away from you.
