Hey I'm in a music camp at the moment and
there is this cute guy here. I know he likes me
but every time I talk to him he blushes and goes away. How do I make him stay and flirt with me?

just start talking get him talking about him self that will bring his guard down then add a little about yr self but don't give him yr live story u can do that later then when he's carmed down and looks like he isn't going to run, start to flirt with him but do it slowly so he doesn't notice and then see if does the same

Read his palm. You don't have to know what you're doing (just make it up, you can confess later) but you'll get to hold his hand in a non-sexual touch and also show you're interested in him. If he can cope with being touched he'll feel safer. If he can't he's not really available for a relationship and the more you chase the more he'll run. Alternatively try distracting yourself so that you don't focus on him too intently, perhaps he may feel better if he's doing some of the chasing and make him feel that it's his idea.

You're too overpowering for him. That's what's making him blush and move away from you. You need to relax a little, and take it easy.

He's not necessarily afraid of you... He may be afraid of the unknown. He may feel out of his comfort zone around you. Tell him very easily and gently that you feel comfortable around him.
