always when i start the computer the,,,, C:WINDOWS\system32 appear open ,,,,itried going to start,,,,run,,,,msconfig,,,,and uncheking some boxes but it dont solve nothing,,,,,when it happen i just close clicking the X on the right corner of the screen,,,,it alwats happen when i start the computer

this is happening recently,,,,,,,there is not any error mesagge,,,,,,,just insted the desktop i see that file open,,,i know i can reach the same file going to C:,,,,selecting window,,,,and selecting system32,,,,,but i am not doing that i am just starting the computer,,,,,

That's really odd. Do you have a virus scanner? If you dont you can try the microsoft live safety center. It's a free online virus, adware, and spyware scanner. Here's the link:

Just click the full service scan when you get to the site. It MAY take several hours to complete but it's well worth it even if you do have a virus scanner.

Have you had this problem from Day 1 or is it something that happened recently. I was going to suggest that you take it back to the store from whence it came because it may not have been loaded properly in the first place. When you buy a new computer, you are not expected to be a computer nerd but you should be entitled to a computer that works properly.

Not sure I understand what you are trying to say. When you boot Windows, a command prompt opens at that directory? Does Windows work fine otherwise? You might have a dud line in your startup, if that's it.
