No I find it very difficult. I attend a support group once a week, & at the beginning we do a "Check In" where we each state how we are feeling, what we did for ourselves for the previous week, & what we are looking forward to doing for the next week, etc & somehow that is supposed to open us up so we can talk about our feeling & our problems. Each week I find it easier to just make something up & tell them i am happy even when I am not.
Doing this every week has made me realise that it is very difficult for me to be honest & express my true feelings to other people. Maybe I don't trust them.

It's easy to express good feelings to people.... harder to express anger or disappointment....
I usually just close down when I feel those things toward a friend or a lover.

I don't express all my feelings to everyone. It's not really easy for me to do that with everyone. My boyfriend, he is the only one who I really express all my feeling to.

It depends on who I'm expressing my feelings to. It's easy if I trust that someone and feel comfortable around them.

Yeah, actually. Sometimes I get told I'm "too" expressive. That's my girlfriend who tells me that, by the way. :x

Yes and unfortunately that is not always a good thing especially when dealing with a person who is not as vocal as you are.
