How to make IE open in tabs.?

Where do I go to make Internet Explorer open in tabs?

IE 6 can't open tabs. The only way to get tabs in IE6 is to get whats called a broswer shell. The best browser shell out there right now is Avant. It's better just to get Firefox though

And don't diss the tabs, they're a nice feature.

Wait for the next major release.
Tabs are overrated though. Get yourself dual monitors and find out.
