I've just read a question on here calling someone a 'twerp' and it made me smile- I hadn't heard it for years! what's your favourite word for a twerp / pillock / plonker. Not a rude word neccessarily- but one of those words for daft people.

When I moved to Wales I learnt "numpty"- any other good regional variations?

The one I remember from school is Joey and Wally or wallyjumblatt and spazzybongo. But I don't think that they were very politically correct and so must have been phased out!
