Okay whenever my cat gets scared she ..uh...let's loose and I'm stuck cleaning up runny cat poop. Should it be that easy for her to just poop when she gets scared? It's not like she trys to make it to the litter box, she just poops right then. Last night, for example, a car backfired...she hissed and pooped as she was running away. None of my other cats are like this, I mean they get scared but the explosive stuff..nope they just hiss and run away.
I'm wondering if there is maybe a health reason that she goes squirting so easily? Any help could be greatly appreciated

She sounds like a very nervous little cat. Check with your vet and see if there is anything that can be given to help her anxiety Good luck!

Try switching the food to the Meow Mix Indoor Cat formula. The litter box gets much easier on the nose, and never any runny stuff. You'll never use anything else.

Well, I suggest you go see your vet. I don't really know what's wrong with your cat, but it's obvious it isn't normal. So see a vet and get some treatment.. you don't want to clean up runny feces any longer do you?

She needs to see a vet for the loose stools. They can treat her for them. She may need a light tranq to kjeep her from getting so scared.Or keep her as sheltered as you can from t the things that scare her.Fear can cause this problem.

yeah maybe cat diarreah, probably ate some foul food. dont know I have no pets, and if a cat pooped like that I would be sick, and probably give away.

i would recomend that a vet check should be in the future. food should not be a factor in loose bowels to that extent. are his normal stools solid or are they runny as well?
