Well, I really can not tell how much we are have the same problem or I already had the same situation.... well i know what you are feeling right now and I know how was her response to you too hard to hear, and if your love to her is genuine i feel it from your question ......... please hear to your closer friends ADVICE "how are really knows you very well....."
And as I told you I was in the same situation.. I asked my closer friends and then I asked my heart
my friends tell me please let it go it is not the end of the world and you are really deserver someone really have the same feeling to you ......... but my heart did not accept that at all and after star to show her that I like her she said we could be friends that is better for both of us , but my feeling did not shifted to a fried feeling so I guess that time I hurt her coz she can give me any thing more than be a friend where I gave her all my heart and my soul and I could give her more and more of that and this is was hard to her where she see that you gave her all you can and she can not give the same in return......
so my friends was right and my heart hurts me and hurts her so I decided to keep my feeling to her and this is my right and it is something I own no one can share it ... and as I know how much you are loving her........ but your answer could be " I know it is hard but you have to be strong when you say it to her " say to her that is okay I really was not mean any hurts and I really understanding you response and I really appreciate that you were honest with me and from my side I really Wishing you all the best and life time successes ...............
I know that is will be hurts to you after you well say it ..... But not all we wish comes true ....

How you can love someone so much when she obviously doesn't share the same feelings is beyond me! She may start thinking of you as a stalker and tell her parents and they'll go to the local authorities! You need to try getting over her and start seeing other girls. Find someone who will appreciate you for who you are and it seems like your somewhat of an artist! That's always a great start. Do a picture of someone you like and show it to them...it's a cool conversation starter...dump this girl and don't even bother sending the email...she's loving the attention...good luck

Don't get offended when I say this but...In my opinion it sounds like you have an obsession with this girl. It also sounds like you have stalker tendencies. I'm a woman and if a guy came at me the way you described I would be kinda creeped out, and I think that's how your crush feels too. Maybe you shouldn't come on so strong.

jeez she gonna think your some kind of psycho or something!
leave her alone for a week and see how things are from there.
if you really love her, let her go. better to have loved and lost then never loved at all, k?
it'll be hard to leave it be, but you need a restraining order on yourself like you need a hole in the head.
you will find someone else, and hopefully you learned from any mistakes you made with this girl.

If you really love her, then let her know you understand that she doesn't want to date you. Ask if you can just be friends and then be that to her. Don't be like a stalker with her. Plus, if you cool off a little bit, she might really miss the attention and warm up more to you.
