You answered your own question. Why are you confused? Satan is the one who uses confusion so truth will be blurred.

First of all you lump three verses that have nothing in context with each other - The first is the scene of building the tower of Babel which God put an end to it by changing their languages and dispersing them - not to confuse them but to put a stop to their building program which was against God to make a religion against God 2ndly Paul using that statement was to show that true faith in God through Christ was a stumbling block to the Jew because he was hung on a cross which to the Jew said he was under a curse - because the Word says "cursed is everyone hung on a tree" 3rdly your last verse God is not the author of confusion He speaks the truth and does not lie - nor does he need to use confusion to be God! God is Truth! The devil is the author of confusion.

I believe you are missing the point in those scriptures. In Genesis 11:7-9 the people are building a bridge to Heaven - God did not want the people to do this so he confused their language. God is not the author of confusion - people are!@

Oh no, God would never allow confusion to reign -- especially with statements from some of his wisest preachers who emphasize the truth that God has given to them.

To decipher God's word means that one is of sound mind.

The confusion stems from the interference and insecurity of the enemy trying to thwart your understanding....

Press on. If you were not to know the truth less the confusion, the devil would not be working so hard to keep you from understanding. Blessings to you that you will absorb the word, and pass it on with love, respect, and greatness. Selah.

nope, man is. they were confused because of stupid stuff/foolishness like trying to build a tower to heaven. that was man's fault not God's. God is orderly and constructive and purposeful but he does through off his opponents by getting them confused. Like in Exodus when he put the pillar of fire in front of Pharoah's army.
